Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
At Intralys, protecting your personal information is a priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your data when you visit our website, use our digital services or interact with our online campaigns — including those delivered through platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other third-party advertising tools.
Our role: controller or processor
It is essential to distinguish the two contexts in which Intralys interacts with personal information:
- As a controller: when you interact directly with Intralys (browsing our site, getting in touch, newsletter), we collect and manage your information under the terms of this policy.
- As a processor (on behalf of our clients): Intralys builds acquisition ecosystems, configures forms and manages CRM tools (e.g. GoHighLevel) on behalf of professionals and SMBs. In this context, the information collected remains the exclusive property of our clients. Intralys acts solely as a service provider, processes this data only on its client's instructions, and never uses, cross-references or resells these databases for its own purposes. Any request from an individual concerning this data must be addressed directly to the client concerned.

In accordance with Law 25, profiling or tracking technologies (cookies, advertising pixels, analytics tools) are disabled by default on our site and are only activated after a positive action on your part, through our consent banner.
